About the Role
The Building Company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales and brand presence in our BUCO George store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building awareness of our product and service offerings, and maintaining a strong customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective complaint handling and resolution
- Coordinate promotions, advertising, and public relations efforts to enhance brand market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies
- Handle client queries and problem-solving
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a sales, marketing, and field role
- Relevant industry knowledge and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a sales, marketing, and/or technical field (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license
