We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to be based in-office at our Durban (Westville) location. The successful candidate will have proven HR business partnering experience within a high-volume call centre environment, preferably within the insurance sector, and will play a key role in supporting operational performance through effective people practices. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to: Partnering with operational and business leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational objectives Providing end-to-end HR support including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes Advising line management on labour legislation, HR policies, and best practice people management Supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and succession planning initiatives Assisting with organisational development, workforce planning, and change management interventions Monitoring HR trends, analysing people metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to management Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times Ensuring effective HR administration and compliance in line with statutory requirements Assisting with payroll-related processes, including HR-to-payroll inputs, employee data maintenance, and support with payroll queries (experience advantageous)
