(eng= Sales Manager Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and execute sales and marketing strategies for property developments. This role is critical in driving lead generation, improving conversion rates, motivating on-site teams, and ensuring strong collaboration between sales, marketing, estate management, and administration. More About The Company: Our client operates within the property development environment and focuses on delivering structured, performance-driven sales operations. The business places strong emphasis on strategic planning, operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement to ensure sales targets are met while maintaining a high standard of client service. Location: Pretoria / Woodlands (Mostly site bound TBC) Salary: R30 000 R40 000 benefits Working hours: 08h00 17h00 Available positions: 1 Start date: 1 April Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Strategy: · Develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for property developments. · Drive lead generation, conversion, and overall sales performance in a timely manner. · Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximise sales results. · Formulate and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives. · Ensure collaboration between marketing, estate management, and administration teams. Operational & Team Leadership: · Train new employees and graduates according to company standards. · Support, mentor, and motivate new and existing staff to perform at their optimal best. · Create urgency, motivate teams, and ensure sales targets are met consistently. · Assist colleagues with sales techniques, skill transfer, and closing difficult deals. · Identify risks on site and implement corrective actions where required. Systems & Process Improvement: · Ensure sales systems, including CRM, reporting, lead management, and workflows, are used correctly and updated regularly. · Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for sales, lead management, compliance, and reporting. · Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve systems, processes, and on-site performance. · Ensure operational procedures are implemented and adhered to on site. · Improve systems and workflows to enhance overall sales effectiveness and client service. Job Requirements: · National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). · BCom Degree in Strategic Management, Marketing Management, or similar qualification is advantageous. · Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management or similar role. Operasionele & Spanleierskap: · Oplei van nuwe werknemers en graduandi volgens maatskappystandaarde. · Ondersteun, mentor en motiveer nuwe en bestaande personeel om hul beste prestasie te lewer. · Skep dringendheid, motiveer personeel en verseker dat teikens bereik word. · Ondersteun kollegas met verkoopstegnieke, vaardigheidsoordrag en die sluiting van moeilike transaksies. · Identifiseer risikos op terrein en implementeer toepaslike regstellende aksies. Stelsels & Prosesverbetering: · Verseker dat verkoopsstelsels, insluitend CRM, verslagdoening, leidraadbestuur en werksvloei, korrek gebruik en gereeld opgedateer word. · Implementeer en handhaaf standaard bedryfsprosedures vir verkope, leidraadbestuur, nakoming en verslagdoening. · Identifiseer ondoeltreffendhede en verbeter voortdurend stelsels, prosesse en prestasie op terrein. · Verseker dat operasionele prosedures op terrein geïmplementeer en nagekom word. · Verbeter stelsels en prosesse om verkoopsdoeltreffendheid en kliëntediens te versterk. Pos Vereistes: · Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12). · BCom-graad in Strategiese Bestuur, Bemarkingsbestuur of n soortgelyke kwalifikasie is voordelig. · Minimum van 5 jaar se ondervinding in verkoopsbestuur of n soortgelyke rol.
