Tenancy Progressor / Lettings Administrator Support a fast-paced UK lettings team from Cape Town remote role with hybrid potential Cape Town | Remote (hybrid likely in future) | R30,000/month | UK working hours About Our Client Our client is a well-established UK lettings agency operating across six busy branches. Their Cape Town-based team plays a vital role in delivering seamless, compliant, and high-volume tenancy administration. With a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and customer service, they are expanding their South African operations and offering strong growth potential for experienced UK lettings professionals. The Role: Tenancy Progressor / Lettings Administrator This role supports the full tenancy progression process from offer accepted through to move-in. Youll liaise with UK-based negotiators, landlords, tenants, and third-party providers to ensure a smooth and compliant tenancy start. With access to systems like Reapit and Goodlord, you’ll be responsible for managing contracts, compliance documentation, and move-in coordination across multiple branches. Key Responsibilities Minimum 2 years’ experience in UK residential lettings or property administration Manage tenancy progression from offer agreed to move-in across six UK branches Liaise with tenants, landlords, referencing providers, and suppliers Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and all pre-tenancy documentation Register deposits and issue prescribed information within statutory timelines Ensure compliance with UK lettings regulations (Right to Rent, EPC, Gas, EICR, How to Rent, etc.) Coordinate payments, move-in dates, inventories, and check-ins/check-outs Maintain accurate records using Reapit and process documentation via Goodlord Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to all stakeholders About You 2 years of UK lettings administration or tenancy progression experience Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance Able to manage high-volume workloads across multiple branches Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Reapit) and Microsoft Office Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure Strong written and verbal communication with a clear, neutral/UK English accent Proactive and able to work independently Comfortable working UK hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm Open to hybrid working once local office is established
