JOB DISCRIPTION CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (BUILDING) REQUIREMENTS Matric Option A: BSc (Hons) in Construction Management 5 Years post-grad experience Option B: BSc in Construction Management 10 Years post-grad experience Option C: National Diploma (Civil/Building) 15 Years industry experience (Min. 10 years at Management level). Registration: Professional registration with the SACPCMP (Professional Construction Manager status) is highly advantageous. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Site Management Contractual Compliance Resource Allocation Financial Control Health & Safety Reporting Technical: Proficiency in CCS (Candy) or MS Project for programming and estimating.
