Job Description

Provide accounting, tax, and administrative support across a portfolio of shareholder trusts, overseas entities, and property assets. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with foundational tax knowledge and strong organizational skills to manage multi-entity reporting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.Shareholder Trust Administration* Collate monthly records, bank statements, and supporting documentation for Trust Annual Financial Statements (AFS).* Prepare quarterly trust management accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness.* Maintain a clear understanding of all entities within the group and assess implications for the Shareholder Trusts.* Advise trustees on tax implications and strategies to minimize tax liabilities.* Liaise with AFS compiler, provide required information, review drafts, and co-present to trustees.* Oversee filing of tax returns, beneficial ownership disclosures, CIPC returns, and other regulatory submissions.* Provide trust and trustee information for UBO compliance across group entities.Oversight of Overseas Entities* Collate monthly financial data and prepare management accounts; review performance and flag anomalies.* Act as liaison between local stakeholders and offshore Corporate & Trust service providers.* Monitor daily fund flows and ensure approved transactions are executed.* Ensure timely submission of all regulatory documentation and returns.* Stay informed of regulatory changes in foreign jurisdictions.
