About the Role

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead operations for a luxury touring company in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for creating world-class travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations, equipment, and fleet
  • Manage guides – recruitment, training & scheduling
  • Ensure Gourmet Pantries & tours are always guest-ready
  • Coordinate events & elevate brand visibility
  • Reporting, meetings & operational improvements

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

  • R45,000 – R50,000 DOE
