About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Residential Development Manager to lead our major residential projects in Cape Town City Centre. As part of our company’s focus on creating high-quality residential communities, we require an experienced professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and feasibility assessments.
- Manage consultants, architects, contractors and on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental and safety standards.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control and financial reporting.
- Coordinate sales hand-over and client engagement.
- Identify opportunities for value creation and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Property Development, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years’ experience managing residential property developments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Proficiency with project software and reporting tools.
