About the Role
The IT Call Planner is responsible for managing and resolving customer reported faults in our system, ensuring timely dispatch of technicians and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Log all customers reported faults on the system.
- Manage and track the reported fault.
- Dispatch the Technicians to attend to the reported fault.
- Capture the reported fault progress status on the system.
- Update both internal and external customers wrt fault logged.
- Ensure you receive all Job Cards back from technicians.
- Process all Job Cards on the system.
- Ensure all documentation is filled.
- Update multiple systems where needed.
