About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our 4-star boutique hotel team in Johannesburg. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process payments and handle cash handling transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and hotel activities
- Utilize hotel property management system to manage daily operations
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the same role in a 4/5-star boutique hotel environment
- Own transportation
- Fluent oral and written English
- Hotel property management system experience
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
