About the Role

Our client, a travel collective with properties across Africa, is seeking a Reservationist to join their team in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about travel and enjoy planning memorable trips for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers with enquiries, questions and giving availability.
  • Respond to emails to assist with making or changing bookings, giving availability, receiving reservation information, confirmations and additional details.
  • Capture reservations on ResRequest.
  • Arrange travel to and from all the company’s properties on request.
  • Perform some weekend work on occasion.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Experience in travel / tourism / hospitality
  • Computer skills proficient
  • MS Office proficient

Qualifications

  • Passport for travel from time to time
