About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team in Jacobs, Durban. As a key member of our production planning team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily PPO allocation
  • Prepare and track a rolling 3-week production plan
  • Coordinate with Raw Materials, Packaging, Cutting Room, Dispatch, and CMTs
  • Monitor production progress and resolve planning issues
  • Work with reports such as PCP and OSOT
  • Ensure production plans are aligned to capacity, materials, and deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience in production / manufacturing planning
  • Strong planning, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • ERP experience, preferably Sync
