About the Role
We are seeking a District Manager for our Retirements portfolio in Cape Town, where you will lead a district that embodies great food, smart business, and real heart. As a key leader, you will be responsible for turning multiple sites into one high-performing, caring network, while understanding the unique needs of the retirements environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a district to achieve exceptional performance and growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
