About the Role
A 4*corporate hotel with over 200 rooms is seeking an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hotel’s revenue, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies and yield management techniques
- Oversee front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Coordinate with departments to ensure seamless execution of room inventory management
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform revenue management decisions
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Hospitality Management Diploma
- Minimum 3 years as a Front Office Manager of a 400 roomed 4* hotel or Rooms Division Manager at a 160 roomed 4* hotel
- Strong Revenue Management experience
- Fluent English
- Accustomed to High volume and pressure
