About the Role
We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance rollers to the mining industry, committed to delivering innovative, durable, and efficient solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and technically inclined individual to join our sales team as a Technical Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the mining industry.
- Conduct technical presentations and site visits to understand client needs and promote roller solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the mining sector.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions for customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Self-starter with initiative and drive to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites and client locations.
- Valid drivers license.
