About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team at Premier Hotel Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and manage the reception, concierge, and reservations teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage room allocations, reservations, and occupancy levels.
- Train; motivate, and develop front office staff.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Front Office Management role. Hospitality qualification (advantageous). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in hotel management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
