About the Role
We are seeking a Guest Relations & Front Office Consultant to join our client’s luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger, South Africa. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations in the front office.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure
- Handle emails, invoices, quotations, and payments
- Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide ongoing assistance during their stay
- Maintain efficient guest communication, scheduling, and reception operations
- Assist with online engagement and guest communication on social media
Requirements
- Matric and formal hospitality qualification
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a lodge or hotel environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, spreadsheets, email, and social media
