Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Material Science or Related Field
- Postgraduate Qualifications (e.g. MSc, MBA or Diploma in Pulp & Paper) an advantage
- Minimum 10-15 Years’ experience in Product Development, R&D or Technical Role within FMCG Manufacturers, preferably in the Paper Products/Tissue or Hygiene Goods
- In-depth knowledge of Tissue Converting Processes
- Experience in Cost or Management Accounting – huge advantage
- Project Management Abilities: MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile Certification – an advantage
