About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and guest-focused Host to join our luxury boutique hotel in Ballito. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and professional impression that sets the tone for their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with front-of-house and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Assist with special requests and guest requirements as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. A professional, reliable, and guest-oriented individual who can work effectively as part of a team under pressure is ideal.
