About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing a forward-thinking infrastructure roadmap aligned to business strategy, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services that support our organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking infrastructure roadmap aligned to business strategy
- Lead upgrades, migrations, capacity planning and technology refresh cycles
- Oversee Windows & Linux environments across on-prem and Microsoft Azure
- Manage HP Servers, SAN storage, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions
- Own core networking infrastructure (HP / Aruba switches, LAN/WAN and firewalls)
- Partner closely with Security teams on perimeter and internal controls
- Integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams for streamlined deployment workflows
- Develop and maintain robust IT continuity and DR plans
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure management
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Azure certification (Solutions Architect or Administrator)
- Aruba Switching Professional certificate
- Red Hat or equivalent Linux certificate
