Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Maintain and update project-related documents, drawings, and records in an organized and efficient manner
– Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
– Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and distribute necessary documentation
– Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and milestones
– Assist in the coordination and preparation of project reports, presentations, and progress updates
– Provide administrative support to project managers and team members as needed
– Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related activities as required
– Assist in the development and implementation of project procedures and documentation management systems
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
– Proven experience in project administration and document control within the construction industry
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in document management software and tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
– Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
– Experience working on Tailings Storage Facilities, Pollution Control Dams, Pipelines, Pump stations, and HDPE Lining Projects is a plus
