About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Fulfilment Specialist to join their team in Gauteng. As a key member of the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for creating production orders, processing costing, and liaising with engineering regarding technical matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Create production orders
- Loading of jobs onto the production schedule
- Selecting drawings to send to production
- Processing of costing
- Understanding of production scheduling
- Able to read technical drawings
- Liaise with engineering regarding technical matters
- When an order is released, check stock and thereafter advise purchasing of any outstanding components
- Ensure timeous completion of production goods
- Assist team members/department with additional tasks when load balancing is required
- Attend daily meetings, departmental
- Assist the technical operations team with product costs
- Work in a Team and as an internal supplier within the overall Supply Chain.
- Produce and manage Production list and backorder reports daily
- Feedback to all relevant departments concerning orders, costing issues, and changes to the delivery of their goods or services
- Any other tasks specified in pursuance of the Company’s objective
Requirements
- Matric
- 5 Years in a Planning Environment
- Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantage
- Basic experience in quality requirements and specifications
- MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Understand technical drawings
- Good communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Analytical skills
- Work well under pressure
- Multi-tasking skill

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R250K/yr – R350K/yr, salary negotiable.
