Lodge Manager | Luxury Boutique Fly-Fishing Lodge | Bahamas Salary: USD 3,450 per month (Gross) 10-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Live-in Position Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager for a premier luxury boutique fly-fishing lodge in the Caribbean. This is a leadership role suited to a calm, professional hospitality operator with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong operational instincts, and proven people-management ability. The successful candidate will be a visible and engaged presence within the lodge, responsible for maintaining high standards, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the season. Requirements: Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior hospitality management role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent guest relations and communication abilities Solid understanding of front-of-house and housekeeping operations Financial awareness including payroll, stock, and procurement Ability to work in a remote, live-in environment Professional, composed, and service-driven approach Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for guest experience and front-of-house operations Manage and oversee housekeeping and lodge presentation Lead, supervise, and motivate staff across all departments Host guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure daily engagement Align staffing and rotations with occupancy and labour budgets Coordinate with fishing operations and maintenance teams Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and operational flow Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally Oversee payroll preparation, cash handling, and procurement Manage stock and inventory control Coordinate arrival and departure reports with reservations Package: 10-month fixed-term contract Salary: USD 3,450 gross per month End-of-season performance bonus Work cycle: 6 days on / 1 day off (operationally dependent) Six weeks paid leave On-site accommodation and meals provided Return economy flight included Use of company vehicle (subject to availability) No participation in gratuities To apply for the Lodge Manager position, please submit your CV, reference letters, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
