Requirements Guide Requirements FGASA Level 2 (or higher) qualification preferred Full Trails Guide qualification essential Valid PDP, First Aid, and all required guiding certifications Excellent hosting and guestengagement skills Strong guiding, tracking, and interpretive abilities Passion for conservation and bush living Admin Requirements Experience in lodge administration (HR, Finance, Operations) advantageous Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Comfortable with reporting, recordkeeping, and operational communication Confident hosting skills and willingness to assist with guest interaction Training provided on all lodge systems and operational procedures Growth potential for candidates with ambition and initiative Both Candidates Should Be: Professional and teamoriented Adaptable to remote bush lodge life Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Committed to delivering toptier service and ensuring seamless lodge operations Key Duties Guide Duties Conduct guided game drives and bush walks ; including trails Provide exceptional wildlife interpretation and guest experiences Perform vehicle checks, maintenance, and compliance tasks Assist with lodge operations and conservation activities as required Admin Duties Manage HR, finance, and operational administrative functions Handle monthly reporting, stock control, and compliance documentation Support management with daytoday lodge coordination Host guests when required and contribute to overall guest satisfaction Package & Benefits R25 000 R30 000 combined salary (experience dependent) Livein accommodation included Meals and utilities provided as per lodge policy Training and development opportunities within an established safari environment Growth potential within the Greater Kruger hospitality network Start Date Immediate / As soon as possible (flexible depending on notice period)
