About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our OEM sales team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a national sales strategy, driving dealer profitability, and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead regional managers and coordinate cross-departmental efforts
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform pricing and sales forecasting decisions
- Drive dealer performance improvement and increase market share
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years Sales Management experience within the Automotive Industry
- 5 years of experience at OEM level
- Bachelor’s degree in Business | Marketing or related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong Leadership | Negotiation and Analytical skills
- Proven experience with National Sales Strategy, Dealer Performance, Sales Forecasting, Pricing, and Cross-department Coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License required
