About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive sales strategy aligned to wellness, fitness, and lifestyle-focused consumer markets, while building strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, gyms, wellness groups, and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a regional Sales Team to achieve revenue and growth targets
Drive sales strategy aligned to wellness, fitness, and lifestyle-focused consumer markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, gyms, wellness groups, and key accounts
Identify new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships within the wellness and fitness ecosystem
Collaborate with product and category teams to align go-to-market strategies and product positioning
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and performance insights to senior management
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and statutory requirements

Requirements

5–7 years’ experience in a Sales Management role
Background in wellness, fitness, sports, lifestyle, health, or consumer-focused brands
Proven experience managing distributors, partners, or retail channels
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking ability
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire high performance
Willingness to travel regionally
Computer literate (MS Office; CRM experience advantageous)
