About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flight Specialist to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality, a bespoke luxury travel company dedicated to crafting deeply personal, high-end itineraries and world-class experiences for discerning clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional flight research and assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support flight research and provide accurate quotes to clients
  • Act as a client-facing point of contact via WhatsApp for flight-related queries and changes
  • Monitor bookings and remain available via duty phone in case of schedule changes or disruptions
  • Liaise with an internal support team who handle ticketing, reissues, voids, and group flights
  • Serve as a calm and reliable “middle-man” between clients and the operations team
  • Provide duty-phone assistance outside of regular working hours

Requirements

  • Several years’ experience as a flight specialist or travel consultant
  • Minimum 3 years working knowledge of Galileo / SmartPoint / Travelport
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, organized, and able to work independently
  • Positive, composed, and solution-oriented, even when dealing with flight disruptions
