About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Flight Specialist to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality, a bespoke luxury travel company dedicated to crafting deeply personal, high-end itineraries and world-class experiences for discerning clients. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional flight research and assistance to our clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support flight research and provide accurate quotes to clients
- Act as a client-facing point of contact via WhatsApp for flight-related queries and changes
- Monitor bookings and remain available via duty phone in case of schedule changes or disruptions
- Liaise with an internal support team who handle ticketing, reissues, voids, and group flights
- Serve as a calm and reliable “middle-man” between clients and the operations team
- Provide duty-phone assistance outside of regular working hours
Requirements
- Several years’ experience as a flight specialist or travel consultant
- Minimum 3 years working knowledge of Galileo / SmartPoint / Travelport
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, organized, and able to work independently
- Positive, composed, and solution-oriented, even when dealing with flight disruptions
