About the Role
Phakisa Holdings is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and integrity of our IT infrastructure and systems. You will provide IT support to all users, implement IT plans to ensure efficient systems, and coordinate various technologies globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure availability, confidentiality, and integrity of IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide IT support to all users

- Deliver activities to install and upgrade infrastructure servers
- Share information on updates, errors, and changes promptly
- Prepare roll out schedules and deploy security patches

- Provide training and act as subject matter expert
