Louis Trichardt: Production Manager (Citrus) – Limpopo

Technical Competencies & Experience: Plan, carry out, and supervise all aspects of farm cultivation, such as planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, controlling pests and diseases, and harvesting. Ensure compliance Oversee all farm employees, contractors, and the farm management team (two section managers), promoting performance, training, and production. Organize the labor needs of both seasonal and permanent staff. Enforce health and safety policies for employees and farm operations. Financial & Budget Management Ensure compliance with agricultural safety, environmental standards, and company protocols. Maximise production flow and results, coordinate with the packhouse, agronomy, logistics, and maintenance departments. Technical & Technological Innovation Behavioural Competencies: First class Leadership and team management abilities. Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Above average Financial acumen and experience with cost control. Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and compliance best practices.
