REQUIREMENTS: Qualification in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or a related Business field Proven experience in operations or project management Experience in systems management Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills Strategic and visionary thinking ability Advanced computer literacy (experience with HAS or similar operations/logistics software will be advantageous) Ability to work under pressure and manage after-hours crises High ethical standards and integrity Innovative, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability Valid EC1 driver’s license RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for overseeing daily operations, fleet management, staff supervision, service delivery, and compliance for portable toilet and sanitation services across the Western Cape. Ensures efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations while controlling costs and improving overall efficiency. Develops and maintains effective systems to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversees the building, development, and commissioning of new units. A market-related remuneration package is offered, including contributions to a Pension Fund.
