This is a prestigious opportunity to lead operations at a property renowned for its extraordinary guest experiences, ecological commitment, and world-class standards. This role is perfectly suited to a highly accomplished hospitality General Manager or Management Couple with a demonstrable track record in managing remote, high-end safari lodges and consistently delivering unforgettable, five-star guest experiences in the heart of Africa. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leadership couple with a minimum of 10 years’ senior management experience within luxury safari lodges or comparable remote hospitality environments across Southern Africa. The successful candidates will bring extensive experience working with the most discerning international clientele, delivering highly personalised, world-class service that consistently exceeds expectations. Requirements Both candidates must hold a minimum of 10 years’ senior management experience as a General Manager within luxury safari lodges or comparable remote, high-end hospitality environments, with broad exposure across Southern Africa Proven track record managing and engaging with high-end international clientele, with a demonstrated ability to deliver personalised luxury experiences that consistently meet and exceed international standards Proficiency in procurement, inventory and stock management within remote lodge settings Demonstrated financial management capability, including full budget ownership, cost control, forecasting, and reporting in line with head office standards Exceptional guest service skills and a genuine passion for delivering extraordinary, personalised safari experiences. Proven ability to establish, implement and maintain robust standard operating procedures in complex, remote operational settings. Extensive experience managing remote camps, requiring a high degree of self-sufficiency, resilience, and adaptability in challenging bush environments. Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or a closely related field. An excellent track record demonstrating longevity, commitment, and loyalty within previous roles. A shared passion for conservation, wildlife, and the African bush.
