Job Description

Front of House Anchor | Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger

Salary: R13,000 + Provident Fund + Medical Aid (Live-in)

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Front of House Anchor for a luxury game reserve located in the Greater Kruger area. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional with strong guest relations skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service within a high-end safari environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the lodges front of house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and hosting guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival and departure experience

  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently

  • Handling guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally

  • Assisting with reservations, guest communication, and daily lodge administration

  • Coordinating with various lodge departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and guest service at all times

  • Supporting the management team in delivering a memorable luxury lodge experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years experience in a Front of House role within a luxury safari lodge

  • Grade 12 / Matric (a relevant hospitality qualification will be advantageous)

  • Valid drivers licence essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities

  • Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach

  • Ability to work well within a team in a remote lodge environment
