Job Description
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail
- Answer and respond to emails professionally and promptly, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Handle customer calls with a friendly and client-focused approach
- Maintain accurate records and manage data on Pastel and Excel, showing reliability and accuracy
- Take and manage bookings for events and services, using excellent organisational skills
- Plan and assist with running monthly events, applying creativity and problem-solving abilities
- Write, design, and distribute newsletters, demonstrating initiative and a flair for engaging content
- Provide general support to the team as needed, working well independently and collaboratively
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. English essential; Afrikaans advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, reliable, and client focused
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and detail oriented
- Availability: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 18:00 (every second weekend off)
