Job Description
- Bringing on new clients
- Design & Engineering Management: Prepare, review, and approve technical designs, calculations, drawings, and specifications, ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
- Project Leadership & Planning: Define project scopes, develop schedules, and oversee cost estimations and budgetary controls.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and guide civil engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure quality performance and professional development.
- Technical Coordination & Quality Control: Perform inter-discipline coordination (e.g., with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams), perform squad checks, and ensure quality control during construction.
- Site Inspection & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to plans, and enforce safety regulations.
- Stakeholder & Contractor Management: Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors, providing technical expertise and managing contract execution.
- Problem Solving & Optimization: Offer value engineering solutions and resolve design or on-site technical issues.
