? What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Drive revenue growth and control expenses
Set and monitor individual & team sales targets
Track performance and report on sales results
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and product knowledge support
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Promote company products and ensure excellent customer service
Support the Dealer Principal with additional operational duties
Minimum Requirements:
* 2–3 years’ experience in a similar Sales Management role
* Proven commercial vehicle (truck) sales experience (essential)
* Experience in planning & implementing sales strategies
* Experience managing and directing a sales team
* Strong customer relationship management skills
* Matric or higher
* Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
