About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Spa Receptionist to join our Luxury Spa Group in Paarl. As the first point of contact for spa guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in spa guests
- Handle phone, email, and walk-in appointment bookings
- Manage the daily spa schedule and assist with therapist coordination
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond to client enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Promote spa treatments and retail products when appropriate
- Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, calm, and inviting
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, admin, or hospitality (spa/wellness industry preferred)
- Spa therapy experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and organised
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Proficient with booking systems and basic computer tasks
