About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially aware Sales Analyst to provide structured oversight and coordination of the entire sales function for our client in Gauteng. The successful candidate will ensure the CEO has real-time visibility into key performance indicators, enabling informed decision-making around stock planning, product introduction, marketing strategy, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage an accurate sales pipeline register
Track new project opportunities and probability weighting
Monitor monthly and annual sales budgets
Analyse win/loss ratios and document reasons for lost projects
Produce structured monthly sales performance reports for the CEO
Identify sales trends and emerging opportunities

Oversee quotation processes and follow-ups
Support invoicing coordination and documentation flow
Maintain CRM and customer database integrity
Coordinate internal and external sales activities
Organise and coordinate sales meetings

Assist in executing sales strategies set by management
Monitor implementation and measure results
Provide structured feedback to management on performance gaps
Support pricing strategy management and margin tracking

Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Gather customer feedback
Track industry developments within telecom and data centre sectors
Identify product gaps and new market opportunities

Develop and maintain sales policies and processes
Maintain a structured sales content repository
Standardise proposal templates and pricing schedules
Assist in developing account management structures

Support and coordinate training initiatives
Assist in motivating and aligning the sales team
Help structure account and product management responsibilities
Ensure professional, customer-centric service standards are maintained

Coordinate product marketing materials
Assist with social media content development
Support digital channel development
