About the Role
Two Mountains is seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This commission-only role is suited to individuals who are self-disciplined, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping clients secure financial peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct marketing.
- Present and promote Two Mountains products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. Previous sales experience (insurance or financial services experience advantageous). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
