Coordinate and represent the company at key industry events, including trade shows and golf days. Maintain and update “Brand Bibles” to ensure consistent company branding across all platforms and physical assets. Actively network with industry stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, developers, and builders to drive specifications. Organize and deliver Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations to industry professionals to position the company as a thought leader. Manage the distribution of newsletters and updates specifically tailored to trade customers. Utilize the CRM system to track interactions, manage the sales pipeline from a marketing perspective, and refine customer targeting. Identify new networking opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s footprint in the KwaZulu-Natal region and nationally. Develop technical and promotional content for architectural and interior design audiences. Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively, whether operating in a full-time or part-time capacity. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business. Experience in National Marketing, preferably in building or architecture. Knowledge of B2B marketing and professional specification processes. Proficiency in SEO, Google AdWords, and social media. Experience with website management and digital campaigns. Ability to maintain Brand Bibles and brand consistency. Competency in CRM software for lead tracking. Strong public speaking skills for CPD presentations.
