About the Role
Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Digital Software Business Analyst with experience in Life Insurance and Risk management to join our team as a permanent, remote-based employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, IT software development, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support functionalities to enable the operation of product configuration
- Work on projects for external company services
- Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, user stories, scripts, sprints, claims processes, premiums, warranties, and integration
- Present business/insurance training (Train the Trainer)
- Train and support CSMs ITO functionality & configuration
- Collaborate with client Product Owner as a stakeholder
- Work closely with testers (internal and client) and regression teams
- Review tasks for changes to the business function, new setup, or upstream/downstream impact
- Actively identify potential roadmap items for new development
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- Preferably should have a driver’s licence and own transport
- Business Analyst certificate – This is very essential and not negotiable
- IT Software Diploma or Degree or similar relevant Qualification
- 5-6 years working experience as a Digital Software Business Analyst within the Life Insurance/Funeral Insurance Industry

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: up to maximum R60 000 per Month full cost to Company
