About the Role
We are seeking a Market Development/Sales Specialist with extensive experience in the agricultural chemicals sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crop protection, farmer needs, and training program development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct field visits and engage with farmers to understand their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training programs for commercial audiences
- Analyze market trends and insights to inform business decisions
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication in English
Requirements
- Degree in Agriculture or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in the agrochemical/crop protection industry in technical, sales, or marketing roles
- Solid knowledge of crop protection sector and farmer needs
- Crop nutrition knowledge is a plus
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for commercial audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
Qualifications
- Formal education in Agriculture (Bachelor’s degree)
