About the Role
Dante Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior IT Technician to join our team in Mbombela. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and networks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups and updates
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement new IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A and CompTIA Network+
- 3 Years relevant experience in IT support or a related field
- Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification
- Additional networking certifications would be advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications not specified
