About the Role
We are seeking an Admin Support role at our Nurture Cape View facility in Western Cape, where you will be based and report to the Hospital Manager. As a detail-driven administrator with a passion for service, you will play a vital role in keeping complex schedules, data, and documents on track, ultimately benefiting patients’ rehabilitation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Manage patient flow and scheduling
- Provide administrative support to the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform ICD-10 coding and discharge date verification

- Grade 12
- 1 Year or more experience as an administrator within a clinical environment
- Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
