About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga, responsible for managing workshop operations and ensuring efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workshop operations to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Deal with warranties and OEM systems and procedures
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to lead a team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP software
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Workshop Manager in the Agricultural Industry
- Grade 12 qualification required
- Business qualification highly advantageous
- Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic or equivalent Technical Qualification beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP Software required
- Strong Communication, Leadership and Interpersonal skills essential
