About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter at Manpower Group, you will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for our clients across multiple disciplines and seniority levels. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBP’s to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines and levels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial telephonic and video interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates efficiently
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professional and timely communication
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ proven experience as a Recruiter in an agency, RPO, or high-volume corporate environment (Essential)
- End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple disciplines and seniority levels
- High-volume recruitment experience – ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience working on client-facing projects or embedded recruitment models (highly advantageous)
- Multinational or corporate environment experience (advantageous)
