As a key point of contact for potential patients, you will play a crucial role in guiding individuals through their first steps towards restoring their natural appearance. Key Responsibilities
- Reply quickly to website and social media inquiries to guide potential patients through their very first steps.
- Manage clinic calendars carefully to book detailed medical consultations for both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
- Explain the clear benefits of the clinic’s specific hair restoration methods compared to older, traditional techniques.
- Prepare and present detailed treatment plans and costs, helping patients comfortably understand their financing options.
- Follow up consistently with interested patients to answer their questions and help them smoothly book their procedure.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in high-value internal sales within medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or private healthcare.
- Strong, clear speaking and writing skills to discuss sensitive physical concerns with care, empathy, and strict privacy.
- A proven history of closing high-value sales (R50k+) using honest, helpful methods rather than hard-selling tactics.
- High daily skill in using CRM systems and G-Suite to keep patient records and daily schedules perfectly organized.
