About the Role
As a Sales Representative at Architectural Glass & Aluminium, you will be responsible for driving business growth through active client acquisition and sales. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, and developers to provide expert advice on our aluminium window and door products, while building strong relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and secure new clients and sales opportunities
- Conduct client visits, consultations, and site assessments
- Take accurate on-site measurements for aluminium windows and doors
- Advise clients on suitable products, designs, and specifications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HOMEOWNERS contractors and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads
- Provide excellent after-sales service and client support
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the aluminium window and door industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glazing options, and installation processes
- Proven ability to measure on-site accurately
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
