Job Description
About the Role
Talent Bridges is seeking an experienced Real Estate Underwriter to join their remote team in South Africa. As a detail-oriented analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and assessing real estate loan applications, performing financial analysis, and identifying potential risk factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess real estate loan applications and supporting documents
- Perform financial analysis using advanced Excel tools
- Build and manage financial models, calculations, and reports
- Identify potential risk factors and provide recommendations
- Collaborate remotely with the team to support underwriting decisions
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros preferred)
- Experience in real estate underwriting, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
