About the Role
The Retail Accounts Administrator is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail stores. This position requires strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities to manage store finances, communicate with stakeholders, and process various transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Recons oversee stores and the daily banking.
- Capturing invoices using System used Pastel Evolution.
- Communicate with Area Mangers on a daily Basis regarding what the stores require.
- Communicate with banks with regards to any queries with the accounts.
- Communicate with staff from the stores regarding banking.
- Capture Cash up sheets.
- Filling Food Cost weekly / monthly.
- Printing Uber and Mr D Reports on a monthly basis.
- Printing Bank statements on a monthly basis.
- Printing of Supplier statements on a monthly basis.
- Keep track of creditors and ad hoc payments.
- Banking Answering the phone.
- Deal with all new applications for any new supplier, Internet service providers, banks etc.
- Completing Leases for stores.
- Ad hoc.
