Job Description
- Oversee branch operations, budgets, and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and compliance with policies
- Monitor stock, inventory, and financial performance
- Report to senior management on branch performance
Requirements:
- 8+ years managerial experience in retail
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Retail-related degree or diploma
